In September 2004, GSL entered into Joint Venture agreements with Shergill Consulting Group for a long term development of approximately 400 acres Lake Newell water front property in Brooks, Alberta.
In December 2004, GSL has acquired 1/3 interest of Sintec North America Inc. and Video Jed inc. which holds patent for the wireless Live Digital Surveillance System (LDS).
In January 2005 GSL Developments Ltd. has acquired another piece of property at Edmont Dr. It is planned for 18-19 R1 Lots subdivision.
